Development, coordination, and delivery of required California employer training programs. $75 per hour
● Sexual harassment prevention training (SB 1343) — supervisory and non-supervisory staff
● Workplace violence prevention training (SB 553 compliance)
● Bystander intervention and anti-discrimination training
● New employee orientation and onboarding training design
● Mandated reporter training guidance (if applicable)
● Training needs assessment and annual training calendar development
● Training documentation, tracking, and recordkeeping support
● Customized training content development for organizational culture and values
